I see 9600 with dual processors for sale every now and then. What is the advantage of dual? I run Photoshop 5 and 6, some browsers, Illustrator 8 and some other old programs, BBLite, I now and again program a few things in FutureBasic. Can only very few programs take advantage of the two processors? Can one control what one gives to each processor. If one were to upgrade can one just upgrade one of the processors or is this idea founded on a mistake? Do the dual processors have seperate slots? Can they both be upgraded? 2 x XLR-8 say? As you can see, I need a run down on this! Anyone please? Much appreciate any info that is summarized and clear.
