Don't know if this will help, but some one sent me this link for Laserwriter II manuals. http://preterhuman.net/texts/computing/Apple_Service_PDF/Printers/laserwrite r_ii.pdf. It gave a pretty comprehensive look at the ins and outs of Laserwriters. Unfortunately, it didn't solve my problem...yet. -- Thanks
