Unfortunately on the machine I'm using (a 5400) if I use 8.6, my
monitor resolution _drops_. Thousands of colors is only supported at
640x480. At 800x600 only up to 256 colors.
One thing I pondered was installing 8.6, running the YIM 2.5.2
installer, then dropping back to 8.5.1 to see if it still works.
