Just start Script Editor, choose record, return to the Finder and do the actions that you would normally do if you were deleting the files manually.
That AppleScript route is one I haven't yet gotten confident enough to try. But I will (I guess) :-). Easy trashing certainly does trump *first* dis-locating junk cache files to another place and *then* deleting them.
