I had a lot of problems hooking up my 630. I finally made it after doing a buncha desktop rebuilds and P-RAM zapping. Have you look at some of the other resources, like three macs and a printer? It can be done. I finally used my 6100 as a server and I even have my HP 870 available though the 8500. I just switch with the chooser (wish there was an easier way!)
