Hi Fred,

Since I (very easily) installed it with "OS 9 Helper"
(http://www.os9forever.com/), I have been running OS9.2.2 on my old
PowerMac 7500 for the begining of the year with no problem.
I upgraded to 256 Mb RAM and installed a new 80 Go system hard drive
connected to an ATA PCi card, but I'm still running my brave old PPC 601.
For me, the system is far more stable than OS 8.6 or 8.5.1, but I'm not
sure for a 7300.
Don't forget to backup your HD before upgrading with (or without) OS9Helper!
