These scams are very hard to trace and even harder to prove given the state of internet access within these countys. Be very careful as has been said before... Go with what you know.. Being stationed in Turkey we are told about these everyday. And there are more popping up. If you do decide to buy from an overseas seller make sure they will escrow the purchase and try to keep to more "well-known" areas. I understand that might sound biased but this is your money afterall..
