For burning CD to CD I have the old OEM Apple CD Drive in an external case and the Yamaha
internal.
One thing nice about Toast 5 is that you don't need an audio cable, as it sends audio digitally via the scsi port. So it doesn't matter if you have your burner internal or not. But you need at least OS 9, I believe. I had an L2 G3 300mhz with my 6360, so it wasn't a problem. Something also to consider if you ever see one for cheap.
