I took a while to switch over, but now that I have, every time I use OS9 is a pain. For me, the advantages are multi-tasking and stability. I can run multiple programs with little or no slowdown, which is something I do a lot. And, even though programs still crash, I usually can just re-start them and go on. There is a learning process involved with Finder tasks and so forth, but the advantages have easily made up for that, at least for me.
