I bought a Catch-A-Call device and have been using it for nearly a year. It is very simple to install; comes with explicit instructions. You can install a Caller ID device in between the phone line and the device, so if you have Caller ID, you can see if you want to accept the call. You must also have call waiting service from your phone company. $50 once; no monthly service fee. For me, it works the best. That's my 2 cents.
