The recording is left on pagoo.com's telephony server, and is forwarded to 
my desktop agent. On my computer. Where I can listen to it.

Pagoo also sends emails notifying you of each message you receive, in case 
there's anything wrong with your desktop agent. You can click on a link in 
the message Pagoo sends and go to a website to hear your message from 
there, too.

They dial a number, mine. My line is busy. The phone company forwards it to 
pagoo.com's toll-free number. Pagoo answers, and asks for the number again, 
so they can forward to the right mailbox.

This is what annoys some of my callers. Whatever.
