If you are not getting errors reports, then there are no problems that have been found. Most of the time when I have had bad RAM I can only get 1 or 2 passes before the error pops up. Without having access to the machine, this is a tough one to debug. I'd try selecting the extension set 'Mac OS base' and running with that to see if you are having software problems. Also, try running Disk First Aid and make sure your disks are ok.
OK. Ran Ramomater 1.3 over it all night, 2100-odd passes, no error messages until I clicked on STOP... then the wretched Mac crashed ("Sorry, a system error occurred. Ramomater v1.3 address error"). It refused to restart from the window restart button.
