My dad has a Toshiba laptop with Windows 98
connected to our network via wi-fi. I have the 98 set up so the
internet comes in through the wi-fi and out through the cable to
his PowerMac 7200/90 with Mac OS 8.6. Supposedly TCP/IP should
make it all work out, and happyday, like it does with my 7300 and
Win2kServer. (Yeah, Win2kServer is a bunch better, but it's still
Micro!#%) But the PowerMac acts like it's not even plugged into
the network. Do I need to install appletalk protocals on the PC?
I don't think it has them built in to the OS... but appletalk
isn't required for internet sharing.... is it? I've never shared
from 98 to anything, much less Mac, but any help would be
appreciated. (I know half of this question is PC, but this list
rocks even with unrelated topics, and lowendpc lists stink)
    Thanx,
       ES
