Well, I finally got OS X running on my 8600/300. It was quite a chore. Now I am trying to figure out what I can and cannot delete from it and how I delete stuff from it.
After the install, I am left with about 750 Mb of space on my HD. I copied my old OS 9.1 system and application folders to another HD. So can I delete them from my OS X HD, or are they required for it to work? I tried to drag them in to the trash, but it said they could not be deleted. The same thing happened with my X PostFacto file and my ATI installation file.
I would like to free up some space to install Office 98 and Quicken. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Kevin
