Hi You also need to remember that the ethernet drivers for the mac need to
be loaded. In the extensions folder. I went through 2 cards then on the 3rd
by chance looked in my extensions folder and the ethernet extension was not
loaded, after selecting it the restarting all 3 cards worked when I tried
them.

Simple but missed twice.
