I am un the UK so if you are state side it will take a few day but I do not need it as I have the ethernet on my 6400 working now.

Don't know how much experience that you have with the US customs. If you do send the card to Jeff... mark the customs form as contents being a Used computer card, value it at 10USD or under, and as a gift, he will not get tagged with any customs or duties.
Are you any where close to Croydon..? Lived there for a short while at 58 St Augustine while I was going to school at Decca World.
