I have one of these printers. I added RAM to it years ago, which
had to be ordered direct from HP. 
The manual gives the HP part number for an 8MB SIMM as C3133A.
It doesn't give any specs for the part except to say these
SIMMS are compatible with other HP LaserJet 4 printers.

Check their website for info? Or check with memory vendors
for SIMMS specifically for HP LJ4's ?
