Try this: take it out and jam it onto a wet cloth for a while, give it a very good shake, put it back and print multiple copies of something till it forces ink thru better and better. If this does not work, throw it away! If you do not use the cartidge for weeks, best to take it out and wrap in some plastic wrap (even sprinkle water on plastic first). (What does it take, the BC-02? These are easy to refill... but dry out is bad!)
