Then, I'd noticed a bit of software (~200mb) on the HD which I'd like on my 9600. So I pulled the HD and tried to connect it to the 9600's SCSI chain. WHY did Apple make a *40-pin* SCSI chain for the 7220???
So... none of the drives are interchangable with other Macs... ARE there other 40-pin SCSI Macs?
BAH!!!!!! Now I know why the thing is regarded as a Road Apple. More like road kill. The Clayton's Mac... the Mac you're having when you're not having a Mac.
