Friend of mine wants to put 2 computers in separate rooms. He is on cable (his ISP is Optus in Australia). Wants to know what he needs to have both on cable. His ISP does not support such but suggested he contact a third party... Some router is needed no? One of his computers is connected to cable via his ethernet connection with what looks like "a larger version of a telephone connector"
