Does anybody have a piece of free mail software that is easy to configure that will do SMTP AUTH on something like a 7300 or even maybe lower like a 6100?

I've got this old 7300 board here and I want to do something with it so I'm thinking about making it a mail server in a custom box but I don't want to have to pay $400 for Eudora's server so that I can get easy SMTP AUTH. I could beat myself silly but I'd rather use a Mac. ;-)
