Well I think the guys at Apple are smarter actually since they at least didn't try and release a half-baked solution like ICS on the PC. It stinks until Windows 2000 in my opinion. Better to leave it to those that are best at such things. If you have a Win2K server on the home network, and it can talk to the SE, you are best sorting out Internet connectivity from the Windoze server. Otherwise, your only other option would be to get your hands dirty on one of the 68K Unix distributions, or get an Ethernet card for the SE and get it to talk to a hardware router. Sometimes though, I gotta say that in trying to find the cheapest solution, you can often take the most painful and expensive way out :-) Consider that IPNetrouter at US$89 or Shiba's Webgate at US$30 (single) or US$75 (multiple) actually makes a lot of sense if they work well.
