Not PCI but I have a Localtalk to PhoneNet parallel (printer) port adapter for PCs to share a Laserwriter with Macs.

I believe that there are adapters availible to switch pc-style serial ports over to the mac. I do know that there are these availible for the mac and with as much as i've used them they work.
