Processor upgrades

	I am looking to upgrade the CPU in my 8600.  I currently have 
a NewerTech G3/300 card installed.  I looked at the Sonnet web site 
and found three compatible cards.  Is there another manufacturer that 
makes them?  Also, what kind of performance advantage does a G4 card 
have over a G3 card?
	I am running X on my machine.  It is a little on the slow 
side.  Not unbearable, but it could be better.  Would I be better off 
trying to find a G4 or G3 system?
