.exe is an executable file (better known as an Application to we of the better
computer ilk.)  I'd have doubts that it is the document it claims to be and
quite possibly a virus in disguise. If I may ask, what is the source? Is it
from a reputable place? You'll probably need VPC or its equal to open it. (If
it is a virus, it might cause problems with the Windoze side.
