>Have you tried removing the cache card? I got some similar problems with a >PTP, & then swapped out the L2 cache & it stopped. I forgot to mention that. I did swap out the cache card. The company I work for recently got rid off what PowerMacs they had left and gave them to me. Most of them are 7600's, but there is an 8500/120. I swapped the cache card and memory out with that.
