Jaguar vs. Panther

	Santa Claus is bringing me a G4/400 for Christmas.  I have 
currently have Jaguar running on my 8600.  Should I continue using 
Jaguar on my G4, or should I make the change to Panther?  What are 
some of improvements for Panther that might make it worth while?
	BTW, I was thinking about getting a copy of Apple Works for 
the G4.  I am currently using MS Office 98 for Mac in Classic mode. 
How does Apple Works compare to Office?  Does it run in X or Classic? 
I would like to limit my use of Classic as much as possible.
