I have 3 HDs (one a 36gb 10krpm) and Sonnet 400mHz G4 card.
I have installed a large Windoze fan hanging from the power supply to blow toward the back across the G3 card. I have a CD bezel on the fast HD bay, with a small fan tucked into the wiring behind the drive; this draws air in though the bezel and across the top of the drive.
I have no idea what temp it's running at, and don't trust the sensor to tell me correctly.
