In that case my apologies to all listees who've had to pay for this.
I was unaware of this particular ettiquete, but as the authorities
frequently point out 'ignorance is no defence'
I guess I forget sometimes that I'm on a 2mb ADSL connection that I
don't have to pay for, or can use my office T1 connection.
Also like many others I'm used to seeing a full email trail so that the
topic thread can be followed easily.
I would have to question the worth of anyone being served by an ISP that
charges by the byte or of being on anything less than a 56kb dialup  -
afterall it is 2004, we have the technology!
