Hello to all,

I'm new to the list. I just bought a "Legacy PowerMac" 9600/300.
My question involves an SVGA monitor adaptor.
I want to drive a 19" VGA monitor at something better than 640x480!
A video upgrade card is needed, but which one?
What Mac monitor adaptor will give me larger SVGA resolutions?

Thanks,

Russ Rosener
Odd, I think the stock video (Twin Turbo) should easily display at least 1024x768. you may have to override the 'recommended' settings, though, particularly if you're using a Mac-VGA adapter. Just be careful which modes you try out, particularly WRT the refresh rate.
