Find a CPU upgrade card that has its own memory 
slots on it, if such a device exists....

The 6400/6500 boxes will not do this.  128M is 
max on these boxes
unless someone wants to make a new motherboard 
for them.

reference.

The motherboard is only designed to take 128meg 
max of memory -
something about the addressing lines or memory 
handling chips.
