Hello again,
Has anyone had problems with Netscape 7.0, 7.01, or 7.02 downloading files?
If so how did you resolve them? Where & how does Netscape download files?

Since my last post, as suggested, I installed Netscape 4.8, but received an
alert message: "beginning February 29, 2004 we will no longer support
Netscape Navigator or Communicator versions 4.8 or earlier....."

I installed Netscape 7.0, but it will not download my account files or any
other files. Any ideas on how to do this and what am I missing? I apology
for my persistence pursuit of this, but I need help with this as soon as
possible before the above deadline. Thank you for any suggestions.

No. It seems they view this as my problem-not their problem.
Anyway, new or old, it would have gone to charity or ebay.

Kind regards,
Abbe
