Has anyone had problems with Netscape 7.0, 7.01, or 7.02 downloading files?

No, I've never had any such problem, it downloads them where you tell it to, as file downloads bring up a pretty standard file dialog.
I installed Netscape 7.0, but it will not download my account files or any
other files.
Enable popup windows for your site, if you've got them disabled. That's one possible cause.
