I was able to get this to work. Very cool. What I did was added an "fSCR" resource with the name "WDIGTL,*". It seems as though Drive Setup uses the name of the manufacturer as reported from the drive, and the model reported from the drive, as the lookup for a "fSCR" resource that can be used to set up that specific drive. An * following the manufacturer name in resource name allows it to use any drive from that manufacturer. So, for the original poster, he needs to add a resource with the name and model number of the drive in it. There are existing Seagate drives, so I would copy/paste one of those, then modify the name to contain his exact model number. You can get the model number from SCSI Probe or such utility.
