Yes, still no luck.

I know that one version of the PCI card is incompatible with the
ORiNOCO drivers (according to the source - Proxim.  For those that
don't know, Proxim owns the ORiNOCO brand).  It could be that you
have this card.

I probably have this card since nothing I've tried works.
