So I ask the list members, especially those on unfiltered accounts, have you ever seen ads as described above within the Maclaunch list mail received?
A search of my "LEM Archive" mailbox (just threads I've saved over the past few years), shows four hits for the word "insurance". Those messages discussed insurance or used the word in context, but not as advertizing.
OTOH, if you want to count advertizements in general... Quite a few posts contain 5+ adds: the small tag (such as the one Yahoo adds), plus the large block LEM adds --- repeated three or more times because you'all can't be bothered to trim your posts! :)
