What version, what's your machine, what is the OS, how did you configure the accounts details (with the needed information about passwords for your email account with your ISP, the ISP address for receiving mail, and that for sending it)? You looked at the help files, especially the very beginning about Getting started and Setting up accounts? Anything you could not figure in it? David Elmo PS.
