I've been wondering what Netscape version is based on what Mozilla
version (though I've seen it here before) and found this:

 Netscape 6.1 - Mozilla Milestone 0.9.2
 Netscape 6.2 - Mozilla Milestone 0.9.4
 Netscape 6.2.1 - Mozilla Milestone 0.9.4.1
 Netscape 6.2.2 - Mozilla Milestone 0.9.4.1
 Netscape 6.2.3 - Mozilla Milestone 0.9.4.1
 Netscape 7.0 PR1 - Mozilla 1.0 RC2
 Netscape 7.0 - Mozilla App-Suite 1.0.1
 Netscape 7.01 - Mozilla App-Suite 1.0.2
 Netscape 7.02 - Mozilla App-Suite 1.0.2
 Netscape 7.1 - Mozilla App-Suite 1.4

If you travel to mozilla.org, you can download Mozilla version 1.2.1
for Mac PowerPC. From what I've read and experienced you'll find it
much more stable than Netscape 7.02.

 - or -

There are 2 versions of Mozilla 1.3.1 (I think) that have been dished
up for Mac PowerPC. Links were posted to this list a while back and
I've lost track of the second one. Here is the download link for the
WaMCom version. I've been using this one of my 8500 (G3 400 ZIF -
RagePro 128) and it's really very good. The latest Mozilla/Netscape
available for OS 9.

You might have to put that URL back together after Yahoo tears it
apart;-].

ciao,
