there's no best browser I reckon. I use IE fine mostly but have to *manage* it. (You need to look at the details of your wife's use, how much memory is given for it, how the prefs are set up, how much ram you have and how clean and clear is some space on the HD... I use icab where I can (not for ebay or banking or some sites. And I use Mozilla or NS 6x for where others don't do the job...
