Have you trashed ASLM, Finder, Mac OS, and System Preferences and restarted? >I have seen the issue of a mac freezing if left alone for awhile but >cannot remember the solution or even if there was one > Energy Saver control panel set to never sleep? I had a 20 gig IBM on an iMac that couldn't be revived after the system sleeps without rebooting. Only when I replaced it with a Seagate 5400 rpm did the problem go away. I suppose your identical RAM sticks are de-interleaved to work well with Sonnett's card. Also see to it that Sherlock 2 is not indexing the drive when left alone. (I threw mine away).
