I have put a 7500 motherboard in a 7200 case, I have installed a
daughter card( 604e I believe) from a dead 9500.
The system will not boot from any of the two harddrives that have OS
9.2.2 installed.
I t will however boot from an old Mac OS8 cd
install the OS 8 and upgrade to 8.1 and it will see the hfs+
