Which type of connector are you using (Apple or SVGA)? I find that with the TwinTurbo, if I use a monitor switch, I have to have the Mac selected as it starts up, otherwise it will not turn on the card. This is with SVGA too come to think of it. I've never used a millennium 2 in a Mac before, as all mine are PC and you can't flash them for Macs due to technical reasons. Try booting with the Mac selected (if you have a KVM with no external controls, you should still be able to do this via some keyboard shortcut.) If this is a Mac based KVM (uses Apple video connectors rather than PC SVGA) then it'll most likely be a sense pin issue. Re reading you post - you say "data transfer switch" - I use one of these. It does work fine (mine had 4 ins and one out) but you *must* select the Mac *before* you turn it on.
