I am now getting a full report from Gauge+Pro.

Its showing CPU Speed :   302.1 MHz
Bus Speed :                        46.5  Mhz

Level 1 Cache : 64k @ 302.1 MHZ (CPU) Level 2 Cache : 1 MB @ 201.4 MHZ (Backside)
Level 3 Cache : Disabled 512K @ 46.5 MHz (Motherboard)


So I guess the NewerTech MAX Power cache software kicked in after a few restarts.
