Hi listers... I recently obtained a OSX (10.1) install disk. I am totally virginic(!) when it comes to OSX; how useable is OSX 10.1 compared to the later versions, Jaguar and Panther...
..speaking of which, what is the "animal" name for 10.1? Tabby? ;-) Also, I am interested in possibly putting OSX on my 7600. It current has a 500mhz processor from Sonnet & about 384mb RAM in it. It also has two HDs; both 10gb. What is the recommended upgrade path for my 7600 to run OSX? Instead of having to partition the current main HD with the classic OS on it, couldn't I just install OSX on the 2nd HD? Thanks, Craig W.
