Am I right in guessing that upgrading a 6360 would be about the same?

I have a Power Macintosh 5400/120, and was wondering
what I can upgrade this machine to (besides RAM -

8.1 or .6, not sure which).

Hard Disk for a start, it's standard IDE so you can attach any cheap drive that you pick up from your local computing store, provided that it's less than or up to about 120GB. I'd look on eBay for cheap 10GB or so drives.

Logic Board? It slides right out the back - look for a board from a
5500/6500 which will give you speed of up to 300MHz and that extra 1MB of
video RAM which helps the 5xxx display hugely.

CD-Rom drive... Yours is probably 4x or 8x... This can be upgraded, just
make sure you get a 50-pin SCSI one! I have no idea why the HDD is IDE and
the CD-Rom is SCSI but it is, lol, eBay again!

TV Card? FM Card?

Oh the possibilities! Upgrade to 8.6 BTW, IMHO it's better and run's fine on
your machine.

Phil
