They've stopped development on BBEdit _Lite_, but it's still available on the Web. BBEdit, the commercial version, is still being sold.
they have a replacement. Not sure you can get it.
TextWrangler is now free at the Bare Bones Web site, but it only runs on 10.3.5 or later.
