I better way to have phrased it would of been,
* It has come to my attention that some users are re posting
irrelevant material which makes the list harder to read. I would
appreciate if everyone would make an effort to ensure that they don't
re post the entire conversation when replying to a post. I suggest
that you only post the parts of the topic that your letter is
concerned with. I would be most appreciative if everyone makes an
effort to follow by these rules in the future.*

Posting hostile material is not good etiquette either. In my opinion
the PCI list is one of the greatest lists hosted by LEM. This is
because it is extremely active, and I believe that this is because
people of all levels of experience can feel confident enough to post
there own ideas and opinions on a subject without being abused. As
well posting any sort of comment that is not related to the topic is
poor form because though it may be a small comment it invites other
people to reply to it in the same conversation.

>Harsh? Um, not really. As far as Internet rebukes go, that one is pretty
>mild (though I would have put the word "please" after the the word "first"

For slashdot it might be mild, but for this list I believe it is very
harsh. I have been subscribed to this list for almost a year and this
is the first time anyone has acted negatively to another user in my
experience.

I don't want to seem harsh myself. All I am saying is that I believe
we should all correspond to each other with an air of respect and good
nature. Calling someone trying to help lazy is a bit harsh.
