You forgot to request the correct privs to be added to your account in Pootle. Based on your emailaddress I added upload, submit, review to the user "LStranger". If you update the POT file in a push to master I will notice that and from time to time I do PO file resync. You can ofc just ask for me to do it and be very verbose in the request and I'll take care of the pain floating around at the pootle server. As long as you don't touch the PO files without clearance I am fine with anything =) Asking via mail or IRC for PO resync is probably the best approach in any case.
