Yes it is. Thank you a lot! I would like it if you give me some
permissions for Russian too as both Russian and Ukrainian are my native
languages (Ukraine is a country with two those languages active and I
grew up in environment where both were used enough and I use both each
day a lot).

The tracker ticket was closed then. I just was afraid if the changes
may be overwritten by some commit so I've mentioned it. :)
