This is the results of the problem I posted a few weeks ago where an RCA
tech had all his settings in Outlook set to plain text, but we couldn't
understand why we were receiving them, on the list, as HTML.
The server evidentially changes it to HTML which really does no harm, I
guess, since it did start as plain text.
